Option 1: 3 month one-to-one program
Work with me one-to-one for 3 months for all the support & accountability you could need. I want to really get to know you so we can create a perfectly tailored program to help you in building your own perfectly personalised recipe for wellness.
We meet every second week for 6 sessions in person or on zoom, where we discuss your health history, current wellness goals, analyse food diary & lifestyle practices. This is a comprehensive package that covers everything you might need in terms of testing, meal plans, recipe packs, resources. Together we work closely on implementing practical & easy changes to make sustainable lasting improvements to your health and finally getting you back to yourself. We cover all pillars of health; physical, mental, emotional & spiritual as all are inextricably connected.
Option 2: 6 week group program
Work with me as part of group for 6 weeks for a really connected educational program. We meet once a week on zoom for 2 hours. We cover all areas of blood sugar, gut health & inflammation as well as covering all pillars of health. Working as a group brings great benefits of learning from each other and supporting each other.
