I completed a 4 week course here with Kara O’Donnell Wellness ,as I am a chef myself I found this course to be absolutely excellent, we covered everything that we need to know on how to keep our body in good health, it’s all down to what we eat , Kara ,s presentation was very easy to understand , I would recommend that anyone that can do this course most definitely should in fact it should be taught in all schools to make people more aware of what we are eating today . I recently did the four week course with Kara in Midleton. I found it to be extremely informative and exceptionally interesting. I had lots of questions on each of the subjects covered and all my questions were answered. I learned a lot from the course and we got lots of delicious tasters at the end of each week.
